The Opportunity
In line with our growth and to support recently awarded project, we are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our high energy and high-volume CPI Manufacturing and Fabrication team based in Wingfield SA.
Reporting to the CPI Manager in SA, you will be responsible for supporting internal projects and servicing stakeholders.
This is a key position for development and growth within our structure where we require an adaptable individual who is a self-starter and can demonstrate a high level of initiative. You will have the support of our Production Administrator to assist with daily tasks where needed, allowing you to fully thrive and be successful in the role.
**About The Role**:
**In this role you will**:

- Act as a central point for communications with customers and suppliers
- Raise purchase orders, update quotes, prepare contracts, and reconcile orders with invoices
- Oversee deliveries, unpack goods, ensure correct processing and tracking, liaise with panel wirers for installation coordination, and manage archiving of job-related documents.
- Maintain strong communication with external and internal stakeholders, providing updates on deliveries and orders

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Previous experience in a production planner/coordinator role (Experience in Manufacturing, projects, warehousing or logistics desirable)
- Ability to multitask and adapt under pressure
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A "can do" attitude
