Production Coordinator Role

The role of a Production Coordinator involves building and maintaining the overall client delivery schedule. You will work closely with the Creative Production team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Maintaining quota in line with delivery requirements & crew;">
  • Communicating across all Departments & locations;">
  • Maintaining required inventory for each Department;">
  • Running the Production Team;">
  • Supporting the Senior Production Coordinators, Production Coordinators & Production Assistant;">

As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for providing excellent client support, including tasks such as sending status reports, updating on shot send ETAs and delivering a positive client experience.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • ">
  • Production of the overall schedule for delivery of the Project;">
  • Windows of production by discipline;">
  • Key Milestones;">
  • Temp, Trailers and Key Shot delivery dates;">
  • Creation of Shot Quota targets per week per discipline;">
  • Creation of Resource requirements in alignment with the Bid Days allocated by Producer/ Exec Producer;">
  • Coordinator Management;">
  • Organization of the Coordinator team;">
  • Assignment of Quota targets to Coordinators;">
  • Daily monitoring of Coordinator Quota attainment;">
  • Efficiency Monitoring;">
  • Output of Bid vs Actual by Coordinator and Department teams;">
  • Management of Quota Attainment;">
  • Reassignment of failing quota performance;">
  • Rforecasting and rescheduling to achieve quota targets;">
  • Clients Management;">
  • Production of Daily/ weekly performance reporting for internal and external Reports.">
