Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team in Osborne, South Australia. As a key member of the production control team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work packs and materials are processed accurately and efficiently.

Your primary focus will be on liaising with other departments, such as Planning, Supply, Scheduling, Engineering, and Quality, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-vet work packs before scheduled start dates
  • Arrange accurate material picking according to project schedules and work pack start dates
  • Audit work packs upon completion of tasks and close out unused materials and completed work packs
  • Maintain data integrity in ERP systems through accurate data entry
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within structured processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in production or supply chain environments
  • Experience in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Control/IFS)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings
  • Demonstrated experience working with structured processes and procedures
