Job Title: Product Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Enterprise Product Management team as a Product Coordinator. The successful candidate will support the ongoing delivery and operations of a national client collaboration platform used across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and product-related events ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date team documentation including product backlogs, action trackers, release calendars, stakeholder registers, and product artefacts.
  • Assist with internal communications, presentations, and stakeholder updates to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Help gather, collate, and organise feedback or requests from stakeholders and users to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the upkeep of help content and internal knowledge base to facilitate efficient decision-making.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, dashboards, and executive updates to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Track and follow up on assigned actions to maintain delivery momentum and meet project deadlines.
