You'll be responsible for optimizing the customer journey across multiple Shopify stores, driving conversion rates, and increasing revenue.This is a hands-on, data-driven role where your insights and experimentation will directly influence business growth and customer satisfaction.We're on a journey to build a high-performing, supportive team where trust, collaboration, and shared goals drive everything we do.
We take accountability for our work, but we never do it alone - we lift each other up, share in our successes, and support one another through challenges.If you're motivated by purpose, inspired by growth, and ready to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to have you with us.What You Will Do:Develop and execute a CRO strategy and roadmap to improve conversion rates and revenue.Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives from hypothesis to implementation and reporting.Analyze customer behavior using tools like GA4, MS Clarity, and Triple Whale to uncover friction points and opportunities.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance usability, accessibility, and mobile optimization.Optimize key touchpoints in the customer journey, including navigation, checkout, and landing pages.Implement personalization strategies and dynamic content to improve engagement and relevance.Work cross-functionally with CRM, Paid Media, Trade, and Marketing teams to align CRO efforts with broader business goals.Report on key CRO metrics and share actionable insights with stakeholders.Who You Are:3–5 years of experience in CRO, ecommerce optimization, or digital experimentation.Proven success in running A/B tests and improving website performance.Proficient with Shopify, GA4, and CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Visually.io.Strong understanding of UX principles, customer psychology, and digital behavior.Analytical and data-driven, with a structured approach to problem-solving.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, D2C ecommerce environment.Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.Experience with personalization tools (e.g., Rebuy, Fast Simon) and international ecommerce is a plus.Background in fast-moving fashion or retail brands will be highly regarded.This is a Hybrid role#ModibodiCaring, Connected, and GrowingAt Modibodi, we believe in supporting both your professional journey and personal well-being as we work together to create a healthier, safer world.
