We are seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our global ecommerce platforms.
This is a hands-on, data-driven position where your insights and experimentation will directly influence business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to improve conversion rates and revenue.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives from hypothesis to implementation and reporting.
- Analyze customer behavior using tools like GA4, MS Clarity, and Triple Whale to uncover friction points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance usability, accessibility, and mobile optimization.
- Optimize key touchpoints in the customer journey, including navigation, checkout, and landing pages.
- Implement personalization strategies and dynamic content to improve engagement and relevance.
- Work cross-functionally with CRM, Paid Media, Trade, and Marketing teams to align CRO efforts with broader business goals.
- Report on key CRO metrics and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
