About the Role:In this newly created position, you'll play a pivotal part in enhancing the performance of our global ecommerce platforms. You'll be responsible for optimizing the customer journey across multiple Shopify stores, driving conversion rates, and increasing revenue.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role where your insights and experimentation will directly influence business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a digital optimization strategy and roadmap to improve conversion rates and revenue.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives from hypothesis to implementation and reporting.
- Analyze customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to uncover friction points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) designers to enhance usability, accessibility, and mobile optimization.
- Optimize key touchpoints in the customer journey, including navigation, checkout, and landing pages.
- Implement personalization strategies and dynamic content to improve engagement and relevance.
- Work cross-functionally with CRM, Paid Media, Trade, and Marketing teams to align digital optimization efforts with broader business goals.
- Report on key digital optimization metrics and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital optimization, ecommerce optimization, or digital experimentation.
- Proven success in running A/B tests and improving website performance.
- Proficient with Shopify, Google Analytics 4, and digital optimization tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Visually.io.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, customer psychology, and digital behavior.
- Analytical and data-driven, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer (D2C) ecommerce environment.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with personalization tools (e.g., Rebuy, Fast Simon) and international ecommerce is a plus.
- Background in fast-moving fashion or retail brands will be highly regarded.
