CRO Manager Role

We are seeking a talented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our global ecommerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in CRO, ecommerce optimization, or digital experimentation.

  • Develop and execute a data-driven CRO strategy to improve conversion rates and revenue
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives from hypothesis to implementation and reporting
  • Analyze customer behavior using tools like GA4, MS Clarity, and Triple Whale
  • Collaborate with UX designers to enhance usability and accessibility
  • Optimize key touchpoints in the customer journey, including navigation, checkout, and landing pages
Requirements
  • Proven success in running A/B tests and improving website performance
  • Proficient with ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and CRO software
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and customer psychology
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a structured approach to problem-solving
