We're a fintech lender that uses smart technology to provide faster, fairer loans. Our goal is to deliver better customer experiences and take market share in the lending industry.
Our business is growing quickly and we need someone who can help us improve our marketing efforts. You'll work with our Funnel Optimisation Marketing Manager to enhance conversion rates for personal loan and car loan applicants. This will involve leading initiatives to improve the customer experience throughout the application journey and providing detailed analysis to support decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:- Enhance customer messaging throughout the loan application journey, including personalised email nurture sequences and in-app prompts
- Implement abandonment recovery tactics by coordinating outreach efforts to re-engage prospects who have dropped off during the application process
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly funnel performance metrics, compiling data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation
- Support the development and execution of a funnel optimisation roadmap
- Design and coordinate A/B tests across application flows, assisting in data collection and analysis of test results to measure performance impacts
- Work alongside UX/UI designers to prepare user experience insights based on research findings and customer feedback, ensuring recommendations align with optimisation goals
- Conduct competitor research to inform pricing strategies and recommended adjustments for our lending products
- Build informative dashboards that visualise funnel performance metrics for internal stakeholders
- Document requirements for product enhancements, working closely with technology teams to ensure effective implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Ability to interpret data trends and compile insights into actionable recommendations
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience with funnel performance monitoring is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data analysis and reporting; familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft clear messaging and engage with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives
- Proficient understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly email and SMS communications
- Enthusiasm for learning about marketing optimisation, customer behaviours, and lending products
