EnergyCo NSW is spearheading the transition to renewable energy to deliver clean electricity to the people of NSW as coal-fired power stations near closure.

**About the Opportunity**

Our EnergyCo NSW Project Delivery Division is currently seeking to appoint a Manager Program Coordination to provide portfolio-level project management and executive support for the Chief Project Officer and Project Delivery Division (PDD) leadership team. The role manages divisional governance and budget and advises on workforce management, proactively engaging with key internal and external stakeholders to assist in achieving divisional goals in line with Organisation, Department and Government objectives.

EnergyCo's Project Delivery Division, led by the Chief Projects Officer drives the successful delivery of a portfolio of electricity transmission network and related infrastructure projects in a collaborative and integrated way to enable the transformation of NSW electricity provision into one that is affordable, clean and reliable.

**About You**

To be successful in the role, you will have relevant experience in one or more of the following fields: project or program management, business administration, human resources, finance, portfolio risk, assurance and governance, legal, government policy, ministerial services, and/or secretariat. You will also have practical knowledge of the working of government and its processes and preferably the delivery of infrastructure projects/progams within this context.

With strong communication and project management skills, you have the ability to translate technical and complex information quickly and coordinate quality and timely plain English papers and briefings in an environment of competing and high-volume priority work demands and divergent stakeholder perspectives, to deliver high quality products and considered advice whilst exercising confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion.

**Essential Requirements**
- Degree in a relevant discipline and/or relevant senior experience.

**Who we are?**

The Energy Corporation of NSW (EnergyCo) is a statutory corporation established under the Energy and Utilities Administration Act 1987 and governed by its Board, appointed by the Minister for Energy. EnergyCo is a Staff Agency employing all EnergyCo staff and is an agency related to the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW).

EnergyCo plays a pivotal role in the NSW Government's Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap, which aims to transform the state's electricity system into one that is cheap, clean, and reliable. As Infrastructure Planner under the Electricity Infrastructure Investment Act 2020, EnergyCo is responsible for leading the delivery of the State's first five Renewable Energy Zones (REZs) and the first two priority transmission infrastructure projects (PTIPs), which are located in the Central-West Orana, New England, South West, Hunter-Central Coast, and Illawarra regions. We work closely with communities, investors, and industry to investigate, plan, recommend and coordinate generation, storage and network infrastructure projects.
