**Pay rate**: $650 p/d + super

**Location**: Parramatta/WFH (Hybrid)

**Primary purpose of the role**

The Program Coordinator will be involved in all aspects of the delivery PMO team, with a specific focus on reporting and governance including updating and maintaining program registers, meeting management and general coordination tasks.

**Key accountabilities**
- Coordination of updates across all Program Registers per the Governance Model and Terms of Reference.
- Management of the Program Risk, Issues, Decisions, Actions and Change Registers, and their ongoing reporting requirements.
- Quality review of Weekly Project Status Reports prepared by Project Leads.
- Manage the secretariat function for the Program for Project Change Management forums including governance, agenda setting, minute taking, and coordinating and reporting on required actions to ensure effective governance and delivery of agreed commitments.
- Identification of process improvements across the PMO areas including risks, issues, decisions, change control, schedule and financials.
- Identifies and logs key Program decisions in Decision Register.

**Key knowledge & experience**
- Highly organised with strong coordination skills to see tasks through to completion.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Project skills.
- Prior experience setting up and/or maintaining SharePoint site/s.
- Proficient in TRIM.
- End-to-end (full lifecycle) project delivery experience will be highly regarded.
- Experience of SAP implementation projects will be highly advantageous.
