A highly motivated and organized program coordinator is required to join our team. This role will support the delivery of migration programs and services by coordinating processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and review migration support services across skilled, family, student, and employer-sponsored visas.
  • Coordinate workflow between migration lawyers, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate case management.
  • Monitor program progress and prepare reports on application timelines, outcomes, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, migration regulations and policy, and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain and improve client record systems, policies, and program procedures.
  • Oversee administrative staff involved in client service delivery and provide induction and training resources.
  • Assist in continuous improvement of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum diploma qualification in project management or business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program/project coordination, administration, or service delivery management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, staff, and external organizations.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
  • Experience in the migration, education, or legal sector will be highly regarded.
