**Description**:
Senior Management Duties
- Achieve sales and distribution growth targets for the QLD business
- Lead, manage and coach the QLD sales team - in trade 3 days per week
- Develop and maintain key external relationships with prospective and existing key customers, customer groups (retail, on-premise), wholesalers and other key industry businesses and associations
- Developing and maintaining key internal relationships with State Sales Manager - QLD, Head of Field Sales, Head of Sales & Marketing and Good Drinks sales and marketing team members
- Territory route to market management
- Set in place key tasks and accountabilities for the sales team and reporting on the sales team's performance
- Set in place key sales training and call cycle management:

- Coaching - GDA Steps of a Sales Call
- Maximize call cycle effectiveness through journey planning and use of CRM

**Skills and Experiences**:

- At least 5 years' experience in the industry in similar roles
- Proven record in managing successful teams
- Significant experience in beer sales, on/off premise and key independent accounts
- An existing network of relationships and contacts with key customers (on/off), wholesalers and industry groups on the East coast
- An existing network of relationships and contacts with experienced liquor sales people to help expand the current field sales team
- Well developed, self-management skills, self-motivated
- Displays a high level of behaviours: courtesy, dependability, self-confidence, transparency, honesty and a strong work ethic
- Strong communicator at all levels
- Strong trade maths, trade analysis and reporting, competent in computer skills and Windows
- Current driver's license
