**Reporting To**:Food Services Manager / Nutrition Department Head

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate food handling staff and kitchen operations
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices according to hospital and health authority standards
- Ensure proper food storage, temperature control, and waste management
- Train and guide staff on proper food handling procedures and safety protocols
- Conduct regular quality checks and internal audits of food prep and service areas
- Maintain inventory, oversee supply ordering, and ensure mínimal wastage
- Prepare shift schedules and assign duties to kitchen staff

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in food service supervision, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, local food codes)
- Valid food handling certificate (required)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 4 per week
