Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor. The F&B Supervisor will be accountable for coordinating the department's daily activities by leading and inspiring the F&B team. This role has a hands-on approach and utilises organisational skills and knowledge to assist the F&B Manager in the smooth running of our F&B outlets including banquets, breakfast, restaurant and room service.

This opportunity is for a fun, motivated, energetic, driven and reliable individual who has proven leadership qualities. We provide ongoing training and development to support your hotel management career progression.

Responsibilities


• Lead and coordinate daily F&B operations across all outlets (banquets, breakfast, restaurant, room service).


• Demonstrate a hands-on leadership style and use strong organisational skills to support the F&B Manager.


• Inspire, train and develop the F&B team to perform at high service standards.


• Manage guest satisfaction by handling complaints and ensuring a positive experience.


• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and identify improvements and gaps.


• Maintain a positive, flexible, team-focused attitude to build strong working relationships.


• Contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant and efficient F&B operation.

About you

You should be energetic, proactive, motivated and have sound organisational skills with the ability to prioritise. You will need confidence in decision making, initiative, and the ability to think creatively. You will have a strong passion for delivering excellent service and will lead your team to perform to high standards.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Food and Beverage experience
  • Sound knowledge of multi outlet operations
  • Proven experience in leading and coaching a team to achieve successful outcomes
  • Proven experience in training and upskilling team members
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures and identify improvements and gaps
  • A positive, flexible, team player attitude to build positive relationships
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and grievances in a positive, efficient and considerate manner
  • Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience in a team leader or supervisor role
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
