Food and Beverage Supervisor - Manhattan Hotel

We're on the hunt for an F&B Supervisor who loves turning a good night out into a great one. If you enjoy the buzz of a packed pub and leading a happy, efficient team, this role could be for you.

Responsibilities
  • Get to know our regulars, share your enthusiasm for the menu, and create moments that make a big difference.
  • Command the floor during shifts, ensuring operations run smoothly with a high-spirited environment.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and maintain a fun atmosphere for guests and staff.
  • From opening to close, uphold high standards and ensure the guest experience is top-notch.
About You
  • You have strong Food & Beverage experience in pubs, clubs, or hotels.
  • You hold a current RSA certificate.
  • You are a proven leader, motivator, and communicator.
  • You can handle a busy rush with a positive, can-do attitude.
