Join our team of intelligent and collaborative Changemakers and make your mark on tomorrow In this role, you'll work closely with the Mining Infrastructure and Project Delivery (MIPD) team as Project Delivery and Proposals Coordinator.

This is your chance to drive the future ready projects and be responsible for the preparation, monitoring and updating of project delivery and proposals documentation.

**Project Delivery and Proposals Coordinator**:
Our Mining team helps clients optimise performance, boost profitability, and operate responsibly. We have a comprehensive understanding of the mining industry and current issues including decarbonisation and understand future ready strategies are critical to countering these issues, capitalising on opportunities, and adding value to businesses.

We work for the world largest mining companies including BHP, Glencore, Rio Tinto, Hancock, not only in Australia, but across the globe. We develop relationships with our clients that go beyond a single project or geography and see ourselves as partners in their mining business, not just consultants. Our partnership with these clients stretches over decades, across many continents and projects.

**What you'll do**:

- Assist with the preparation, monitoring and updating of project delivery documentation
- Project financial management and control
- Scheduling, updating project schedules to align with completed activities and deliverables.
- Liaise with Project Administration in relation to mobilisation, logistics and document control processes
- Document control including project file management
- Assisting the preparation of reports, tenders and other project documentation including weekly and monthly reporting
- Assisting with procurement activities for projects to ensure that all suppliers are properly approved and engaged
- Assist with implementing winning work processes, bid coordination and preparation
- Preparation of various marketing collateral in consultation with marketing team

**About you**:

- Bachelor's degree or Business Diploma or equivalent demonstrated skills/experience to perform the role without direction
- Local knowledge of the construction and engineering industry an advantage
- Document control experience essential
- Previous business support experience in a project management environment is desirable
- Financial management experience including budgeting and project controls
- Committed to own development and building the capability of others via mentoring/coaching and on-the-job opportunities.
- Organised with high attention to detail
- Open to and actions feedback
