Job Overview

The role of an Electrical Project Coordinator is ideal for a candidate with 2 years' experience seeking to expand their skills across engineering, planning, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and coordinating jobs across multiple departments
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers to clarify project scope and ensure successful outcomes
  • Supporting quality assurance processes, including documentation and drawing control
  • Developing technical documentation and production packs for workshop manufacture
  • Overseeing commissioning and site installation activities

About You / Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in electrical projects or design environments
  • Confident working on both technical and coordination aspects of projects
  • Familiarity with interpreting electrical drawings, preparing technical documents, and liaising with clients/suppliers
  • Experience in site environments and understanding of installation/commissioning procedures
  • Proficiency in M365 and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems or project tools like Smartsheet
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to adapt to changing circumstances
