Job Overview

A leading provider of critical water infrastructure projects in Australia is seeking a seasoned professional to lead project delivery teams and drive design excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in dams engineering and design, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

They will be responsible for overall design delivery, ensuring that projects meet or exceed client expectations while collaborating closely with end clients and contractors.

Your Impact

  • Utilise your technical expertise to guide project delivery teams and work closely with key stakeholders.
  • Be accountable for the successful delivery of dams projects, adhering to quality, time, and cost constraints.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the ANZ team to drive project delivery and contribute to business initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in consulting and project delivery.
  • 8+ years of experience in dams engineering and design, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and technical report writing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
