Project Coordinator Job Description

The role of Project Coordinator is a vital position within our operations team. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with the Hunter Project delivery team.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting customers throughout the preconstruction process, ensuring that a high-quality file is delivered to the construction team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and support customers throughout the preconstruction process.
  • Work collaboratively with the project manager and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage multiple clients from Deposit through to Site Start, prioritizing their needs and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
