Senior Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a passionate and creative Senior Visual Merchandiser to join us permanently from our Aesop Sydney office.
This role will work alongside our Visual Merchandising Manager ANZ, to coordinate and seamlessly implement Visual Merchandising standards for Aesop Department and Signature Stores, upholding the Visual Merchandising principles across the Northern portfolio.The Senior Visual Merchandiser will develop an understanding of each Department and Signature Stores commercial needs and design constraints and respond to each unique environment by drawing on our navigation and merchandising principles.As key contact for Retail Teams, the Senior Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for communicating information that is critical to the success of the visual merchandising displays and providing in depth training to the teams, ensuring the Aesop standards are consistently maintained across the stores in their portfolio.ABOUT THE JOBCreatively develop VM concepts in line with Global VM guidelines and implement VM displays in Aesop stores and counters as well as Aesop Global Head OfficePlan for proper procurement, creation, installation and delivery of props for visual merchandising of all relevant stores and counters as well as storage after campaignsPrepare regular VM r,eports and meeting materialsDevelop and share VM guidelines for merchandising changes and creative execution with all related partiesWork collaboratively with internal and externals stakeholdersBuild and develop the skills of the Northern VM Coordinator to create engaging VM activations across the region ABOUT YOUUnderstanding and appreciation of Aesop's visual culture and a passion for the brandExtensive experience within Visual Merchandising at a senior level.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one of the following, visual merchandising, visual arts, interior or stage designStrong attention to detail, design aesthetic and excellent organisational skillsUnderstanding and skill set in photographic composition and executionSolid skillset and experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PPT,Excel)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong commercial skills that demonstrate a solid understanding of budgets, business reporting and interpretation of sales dataABOUT THE PERKSProduct Allowance and discounts on productsDiscounted Gym membership and Health InsuranceCorporate discounts available Learning weeks ABOUT THE DIVISIONIn the L'Oréal Luxe Division we create the very best of luxury beauty.
