Visual Merchandiser

Purebaby is a leading baby and children's wear brand that specialises in organic cotton clothing.  Purebaby has a strong digital and e-commerce business, supported by its own retail stores and stockists across Australia and expanding overseas.

Purebaby is looking for an Visual Merchandiser to join our team to help execute visual merchandising across our stores in NSW and QLD.

About the role

This role is perfect for someone that is interested in visual merchandising and looking to gain experience with a leading brand that has a strong visual merchandising history and aesthetic.   The role is part time loading requiring a minimum of three days per week.

The Visual Merchandiser's role responsibilities include assisting in the following areas:

  • Implementing the visual merchandising brief and adapt to individual store profiles
  • Maintaining consistent visual merchandising standards in Purebaby stores
  • Working closely with store managers and assessing implementation of the brief and maintenance of visual merchandising standards in store and provide constructive feedback accordingly
  • Increasing visual merchandising awareness in store by providing visual merchandising training to store teams in the form of on-the-job coaching and workshops to elevate visual merchandising standards

Candidates Profile

We are looking for the ideal candidate that has:

  • retail experience and/or studying visual merchandising or the same
  • skilled in Adobe or similar design tools
  • skilled in Office 365
  • drivers licence
  • time management skills and attention to detail
