Job Title: Senior Retail Visual Merchandiser

Drive business growth through impactful visual merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement global visual merchandising direction to meet sales targets
  • Develop and execute local visual merchandising plans in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Represent the adidas brand in an inspiring and impactful way
  • Identify opportunities for sales and KPI improvement and communicate suggestions to store management
  • Prioritize commercial decisions based on sound analysis and financial judgment
  • Support a customer-centric culture by championing sales execution strategies and product knowledge training
  • Maintain high-quality visual presentations in accordance with adidas' visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's work experience as a visual merchandiser in a customer-focused retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading discussions in diverse groups
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and team members
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
