We are seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising professional to play a key role in coordinating and implementing visual merchandising standards across stores in the Northern portfolio. As part of our team, you will develop an understanding of each store's unique environment and design constraints, responding with creative solutions that uphold our visual merchandising principles.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior-level visual merchandising and a strong attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include communicating critical information to retail teams, providing in-depth training, and ensuring consistent implementation of Aesop standards across stores.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Creatively develop VM concepts in line with Global VM guidelines
  • Plan and execute VM displays in Aesop stores and counters
  • Prepare regular VM reports and meeting materials
  • Develop and share VM guidelines for merchandising changes and creative execution
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build the skills of the Northern VM Coordinator to create engaging VM activations

Requirements:
  • Understanding of Aesop's visual culture and passion for the brand
  • Senior-level experience in visual merchandising
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in visual merchandising, visual arts, interior, or stage design
  • Strong design aesthetic, organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
