Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager

We are seeking an experienced visual merchandising professional to lead our team in creating engaging and profitable retail environments.

This is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of visual merchandisers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business results through creative and effective visual displays.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Manage visual project schedules, seasonal planners/calendars, and campaign timelines to ensure timely and successful launches.
  • Identify and recommend initiatives to improve visual and business efficiency, and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and traffic data to inform commercial visual decisions and track key performance indicators.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regional and global visual merchandising teams to stay informed about best practices, guidelines, and new directives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in merchandising, styling, window dressing, creative installations, and POS design and production.
  • 5+ years of management experience in a senior/leadership role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail apparel, including department store, full-price, and outlet environments.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
