Job Opportunity: Clinical Practice Coordinator

This is a pivotal role that plays a crucial part in supporting the development and implementation of clinical best practices. As a Clinical Practice Coordinator, you will ensure compliance with hospital policies and legislative requirements. This involves working closely with Shift Leaders, Clinical Managers, and medical staff to drive excellence in patient care and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical best practices that are aligned with hospital policies and procedures.
  • You will work closely with the clinical team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance patient care.
  • You will provide support to nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • You will collaborate with the clinical leadership team to develop and implement strategies that improve patient outcomes and reduce complications.

Requirements
  • You must have relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • You should have a minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience within Acute Care.
  • You should have experience working within Orthopaedics.
  • You must be able to demonstrate your ability to be an effective role model in the area of clinical practice.
  • You should have sound computer skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
