**Your new role**
- Some key tasks but not limited to:

- Assess and consult on existing reporting and data available internally and from our Contact Centre partners, providing recommendations on how this can be optimised and where key improvements are required to support the target member experience.
- Analyse data and reporting to provide insights on customer experience, productivity, performance, member behaviour and contact drivers.
- Facilitate full automation of data management, reporting and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain a full understanding of service level agreements, targets and other important service obligations to ensure reporting can clearly present service performance.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure full integration of all Contact Centre and Fund analytics systems leveraging relevant Fund standards and other teams' capability.

**What you'll need**
- Significant experience in implementing / managing a reporting and data management function in a Contact Centre environment
- Deep knowledge of reporting and data analysis principles and methodologies.
- Proven experience in data analysis in a Contact Centre environment and its use to improve service and operational performance
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong analytic and decision-making skills
- Significant experience with systems integration and automation
