Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$140,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yrWe're currently recruiting a newly-created Reporting/Analytics Manager role with an SME Insurer based in Melbourne.
This is a unique opportunity to become the organisation's first dedicated analytics specialist.This is a hands-on position focused on owning the business's reporting and analytics suite, rather than people management.
You'll work closely with the C-level, and other senior stakeholders to shape data strategy and build out BI/Insights capability, supporting smarter decision-making across the organisation.About the roleCentralise and manage the organisation's reporting and analytics functionPartner with the C-level to define and execute on data strategyEstablish and enhance BI/Insights capability alongside a BI specialistProvide actionable insights to C-level and business teams to support commercial decision-makingAct as the go-to analytics specialist across the businessAbout you5+ years' experience in reporting, BI, or related rolesStrong technical background in reporting toolsComfortable working in a hands-on capacity within a smaller organisationExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThrives in an environment where you can take ownership and directly shape reporting capabilityThis is a permanent position with a salary guide of $140k – $150k p.a. + super (slight flexibility based on experience)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesInsuranceReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at SKL Technology by 2xWe're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
