An exciting opportunity exists for a Financial Reporting Manager to join a fast-growing ASX-listed organisation in the financial services sector. You will be part of a collaborative finance team of driving statutory reporting, compliance, and process improvement within a dynamic and evolving environment.
The Role
As Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant statutory and management reporting. You will have direct exposure to senior stakeholders and play a critical role in supporting the business as it continues to expand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and review of statutory accounts, financial statements, and ASX reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS, Corporations Act, and ASX listing rules.
- Overseeing month-end, half-year, and year-end close processes.
- Managing external audit requirements and building strong auditor relationships.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Driving process improvements and system enhancements within the finance function.
About You
We are seeking a technically strong finance professional with a keen eye for detail and confidence working in a listed company environment.
Ideally you will have:
- CA/CPA qualification.
- Background in a top-tier or second-tier accounting firm, with strong audit or financial reporting exposure.
- 2–3 years of industry experience in financial reporting or statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and reporting requirements for listed entities.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes.
- Work independently
