You will join the people team supporting The Customer Service Group. CSG is responsible for every customer interaction with Sky. This includes Customer Sales via our UK contact centres and Retail stores across the UK. (approx. 5000 direct employees) Our Customer Service function across UK contact centres, digital and our in-home engineer workforce (approx. 7000 direct employees) and our operational support and strategic planning teams that enable our operations to work effectively.

**please be aware this role is a 6 month fixed term contract**

What you'll do:

- Work alongside the People Partners, focusing on delivering the strategic initiatives which drive business strategy
- Lead people projects and solutions to enable business outcomes
- Support business leaders with organisational change and business unit design, being responsible for the delivery of change
- Deliver employee lifecycle activities across multiple business areas including talent, benefits, compensation and employee performance
- Collect data and diagnose issues in the business to develop and drive People solutions
- Develop and deliver fit for purpose analysis, recommendations, presentations and other project outputs
- Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change and identifying any potential risk

What you'll bring:

- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A good understanding of change management principles, techniques and tools
- The ability to seek and analyse data from multiple sources to get to the root cause of business issues
- A broad understanding of different aspects of HR, including demonstrable experience of project planning and delivery
- A strong understanding of People policies and processes
- Demonstrable experience managing competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work both alone and collaboratively, working closely with your peers in the People team and more broadly across Sky.

Your office base (Open to various locations)

Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
