The People Experience Consultant works as part of a team who are focused on developing products and services that improve the employee experience across learning, performance management, career development and employee engagement in all markets.
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Employee Engagement, you will help design the employee listening strategy for the Sky Group, including the People Engagement Survey, Employee Lifecycle surveys and other listening activities. The role will sit within our Consultant Resource pool, a group of experienced learning and people experience professionals from across all markets who operate in an agile way.
What you'll do:
- Support the planning, design, delivery and analysis of the People Engagement Survey and other listening activities across the Sky Group and project manage the delivery in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
- Be confident forming hypotheses, gathering data and turning this into insights to derive meaningful actions from our People Survey and other listening instruments and help make our products better for managers and colleagues.
- Listen to, and support, stakeholders to understand the context, solve problems and spot opportunities.
- Use design methodology e.g. design thinking that typically includes research, experimentation, ideation, conceptualisation, prototyping, iteration and testing.
- Be comfortable putting both technology and people at the heart of the design of products and services, making decisions with data, working collaboratively with a wide variety of people, and keeping things brilliantly simple.
- Evolve existing products and challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the team from any source, including research, other companies, and your network.
- Operate in a hybrid working pattern, working 2-3 days in one of our market office locations and the remainder of time at home.
What you'll bring:
- Knowledge of the employee lifecycle with experience in at last one of the following areas: employee engagement, learning, learning experience (LX), career development and performance management.
- Proven skills in working with data and the ability to tell a story through your analysis.
- Project management - a passion for Agile, Design Thinking and Human Centred Design.
- A genuine interest in people and relationships.
- Proven learning agility and a love of learning continuously.
- Excellent written and oral language skills in English and German.
