Working with the People Partnering team and the business, the People Consultant role is focus on delivering strategic initiatives that enable and drive both business and people strategy. Key focus is on org changes, projects, and employee lifecycle activities, as well as people-focused analysis and insights.

This role will support all of the content making teams at Sky, including Sky News, Sky Sports and Sky Studios.

What you'll do:

- Work alongside the People Partners, focusing on delivering the pivotal initiatives which drive business strategy
- Lead people projects and solutions to enable business outcomes
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the business
- Support business leaders with organisational change and business unit design, being responsible for the delivery of change
- Deliver employee lifecycle activities across multiple business areas including talent, benefits, compensation and employee performance
- Collect data and diagnose issues in the business to develop and drive People solutions
- Develop and deliver fit for purpose analysis, recommendations, presentations and other project outputs

What you'll bring:

- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- The ability to seek and analyse data from multiple sources to get to the root cause of business issues
- A broad understanding of different aspects of HR, including demonstrable experience of project planning and delivery
- A solid understanding of People policies and processes
- Demonstrable experience managing competing priorities
- The ability to work both alone and collaboratively, liaising with your peers in the Group HR team and more broadly across Sky and Comcast

Your office base:
