Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.In this Senior Consultant/Senior Manager - Merchant Pricing & Portfolio Performance, you will join our Merchant Pricing and Portfolio Management Team that is doubling down on owning and winning together.OverviewEach day, you'll go above and beyond to:Assist in the development and execution of pricing strategies for Merchant Services across all NAB customer segments, considering Merchant Services profitability, product and partnership strategy, and the overall NAB relationship value.Support and manage analysis of the competitive environment to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and differentiation while considering broader economic and regulatory requirements.Manage the delivery of end-to-end pricing value chain ensuring processes and controls are robust and in line with NAB\'s internal standards including pricing frameworks, governance and compliance, and pricing modelling.Support, manage and contribute to strategic and BAU initiatives as required, including business case modelling and analysis.Support and contribute to regulatory reporting.Support and manage broader business revenue reporting insights and forecasting.Collaborate with domain, sales, operations, and finance teams to align pricing models, decisions, and changes with business objectives.QualificationsExperience in banking ideally in a pricing or product management functionExperience in managing pricing models and data models, understanding end-to-end process value chains that manage profitability across the customer lifecycle and riskProven track record of delivery with attention to detailProblem solvingStakeholder and communications across cross-functional groupsUnderstanding of regulatory, risk and compliance environment in banking/financeBusiness financial understandingWe're looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customersWe're committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated for being their authentic selves.
