We are looking to build an epic Bar Team, who can sling cocktails, beer, wine, etc with a variety of positions available, starting off with an experienced Bar Manager. We're passionate about what we do and love to have fun at the same time - and we're looking for like-minded people who can help us ride our biggest wave yet, in our hospitality group, featuring BaaOinkMoo (BOMKBBQ)

**Skills and experience**

Ideally you'll be...
- Passionate about food & coffee
- Experienced in the bar, managing staff, making cocktails, slinging local craft beers and non alcoholic drinks, different milks, different blends and singles.
- Friendly, charismatic and focused on service
- Able to order and stocktake the bar
- Able to hire, train and develop and roster bar staff
- Able to maintain our consistently high standard for all staff and customers at a high volume
- Calm under pressure in a fast paced environment and have a good ability to problem solve and think on your feet,
- Flexible with your availability
