BOM KBBQ and Soju bar is a cocktail and moderb KBBQ bar in Edmondson Park's exciting eat street destination. We have an extensive range of Korean soju and spirits, plus others from around the world.

Looking for an exciting opportunity to create a new KBBQ bar experience?

What we need:

- Pro-active and hands on leadership
- Engage with team members to provide product training and guidance
- Continue to develop the bar menu
- Excellent knowledge of wine, cocktails and mixology
- Strong financial acumen
- Two years or more experience within a bar environment
- Strong eye for detail
- Passionate customer service advocate
- Immaculate presentation and advanced communication skills
- Strong creativity and ability to think outside the square while coaching and developing a team
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Managing associated bar costs including wages, recruitment of staff and general administration duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
