- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offers.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of bar management, drink recipes, and mixology.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Sound understanding of OH&S/WHS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
