Telecom Field Technician IIJob Title: Remote Field TechnicianLocation: Victoria, TX AreaJob Description:We are seeking a Remote Field Technician to support Nokia Flexi hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, as well as remote cell site operations in the Victoria, TX area.Responsibilities:Perform site routines and break-fix tasks in the field during standard hours (8 AM - 5 PM).
Troubleshoot and maintain Nokia BTS hardware and associated systems.Stay current with technical theory, applications, and operational practices.Support technical and project-related efforts, ensuring effective communication as needed.Contribute to disaster recovery planning and response, data services, and location-based services.Apply a foundational understanding of network design, capacity planning, AC/DC power systems, and grounding principles.Requirements:At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.Proficiency with Office 365 and Nokia BTS software.Familiarity with radio access networks, backhaul systems, signaling, and operational best practices.Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.Preferred Skills:Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.Basic knowledge of disaster recovery processes and network design.If you are a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering excellent service in the field, we encourage you to apply
