Telecom Project Lead

Job Overview:

The Telecom Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex telecom projects. With a strong focus on project management and leadership, this role requires expertise in telecom industry knowledge, risk management, and team coordination.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in project or delivery management with a proven track record of delivering telecom projects on time and within budget
  • In-depth knowledge of telecom technologies and industry trends, as well as solid understanding of project management methodologies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure alignment with their objectives and business goals
  2. Oversee project planning, including resource allocation and risk assessment
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  4. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery
  6. Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes
