Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Technical Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will provide technical direction and guidance to our customers and partners on best practices for deploying our platform.
Your primary responsibility will be to design optimal architectures for customer deployments, analyze and resolve complex issues outside standard product support, ensure implementations adhere to best practices, and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
Frequent travel to customer sites is required for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Consulting experience in Identity and Access Management with implementation skills
Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, virtualization/cloud computing, network security, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, and data storage
Hands-on development/scripting expertise in Java, JavaScript, or Groovy
DevOps knowledge including deployment automation tools, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
