Senior Technical Expert Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Expert to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design and deliver impactful solutions.
Main Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct discovery sessions, architect solutions, and deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive business outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales/solution engineering or a similar technical role.
A solid foundation in SaaS, cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise software environments.
Proven expertise in designing and delivering technical demonstrations and proofs of concept.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
