Technical Solutions Expert

  • Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Key Responsibilities: Your primary focus will be on architecting and implementing complex business solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft Cloud technologies. You will also be responsible for leading project teams and managing large-scale enterprise deployments with a focus on customer success and adoption.
  • Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive hands-on experience in the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, including configuration, customization, integration, and deployment. A strong understanding of business process transformation and best practices as applied within CRM environments is also essential. Experience integrating AI-powered features such as Copilot or agentic solutions within Dynamics 365 CE is highly desirable.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated expertise in architecting and delivering complex business solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft Cloud technologies
  • Proven track record of leading project teams and managing large-scale enterprise deployments with a focus on customer success and adoption
  • Strong understanding of business process transformation and best practices as applied within CRM environments
  • Experience integrating AI-powered features such as Copilot or agentic solutions within Dynamics 365 CE
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior business and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to identify risks and propose effective mitigation strategies during project planning and delivery
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 CE (such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate) or equivalent practical experience
