Drive Technical Success as a Pre-Sales Solution Architect
We're seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team and drive technical success for our customers. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for facilitating long-term relationships with prospects and customers to help drive our market-leading position in the owned marketing space.
As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you'll work directly with our prospective and existing customers to build technical champions and envision how our solutions can be integrated into their tech stacks. You'll dive deep into client challenges, take a consultant-first mindset, and develop solutions that ensure long-term success for our customers.
Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in sales engineering or solutions architecture, with strong domain knowledge in areas such as marketing automation tools, customer data platforms, e-commerce systems, mobile apps, analytics, ad tech, and data engineering. They should also have a proven ability to learn new domains quickly and track the ever-changing technical landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
Facilitating technical workshops with developers and business teams to align technical solutions with overall business outcomes
Architecting and executing Proof of Value plans to achieve technical selection over competitors
Developing solutions that ensure long-term success for our customers
Our total compensation package includes base salary, participation in our annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
