Job Title: Technical Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Technical Solutions Architect. This is a key technical role that requires strong expertise in designing, implementing and delivering technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing and delivering technical solutions for digital transformation across various platforms.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on cloud formation and hybrid configuration.
  • Troubleshooting and fault rectification of issues relating to Infrastructure & Cloud services, server and networking hardware troubleshooting, problem management and root cause analysis.
  • Managing and supporting hybrid Microsoft environments including Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Office 365, Azure Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, etc.
  • Designing/build/install/cutover and backup and Disaster Recovery (ShadowProtect, Azure Backup, and Veeam).

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft cloud suite including Office 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, Entra ID and ATP.
  • Business Communication experience – TIPT and cloud phones.
  • Ability to work some after hours and weekend shifts with occasional interstate travel.
