We are looking for a passionate and talented Technical Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and help craft exceptional end-to-end digital solutions for a diverse set of clients, including some of Australia's most esteemed brands.

As a Technical Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology solutions from conception to implementation. Your responsibility will be ensuring that our solutions meet client requirements while aligning with overarching technology strategies and architecture guidelines. You will lead the way in researching, designing, and guiding the implementation of innovative solutions, collaborating with our business, product, data, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Pre-Sales
    : Collaborate with teams to craft proposal solutions, design technical proposals, and create PoCs/Demos for client engagements
  • Software Solution Design
    : Design end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives, define architecture, and collaborate with development teams for implementation
  • Client Engagement
    : Work directly with clients to understand needs and provide expert guidance, fostering knowledge sharing within cross-functional teams
  • Documentation & Quality Assurance
    : Develop detailed architectural documentation, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Mentorship
    : Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting continuous learning and skill development

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in software dev/architecture
  • Cloud fluency (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a bonus)
  • Microservices, APIs, modern web frameworks – check, check, check
  • Comfortable with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Databricks, Snowflake, data isn't just a buzzword to you
  • Real-world experience solving real-world business challenges, from retail to fintech to healthcare
  • Mentorship, code reviews, capacity building - you help teams thrive
  • Fluent in English, both technical and conversational (dad jokes optional but appreciated)

Bonus Points:

  • Advanced degrees or certs in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
  • Experience in Australia's Finance, Retail, or Healthcare industries
