OverviewThe Opportunity: Sydney CBD Facility.
This role involves interacting with patients to provide a quality experience by delivering exemplary service, answering questions and diffusing frustrating and difficult situations while they are on their IVF journey.About youWe are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter.
Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:Demonstrated 1–2 years Medical Reception or similar customer services experienceClinician secretary in OBGYN experience is advantageousMust have experience in the Health IndustryUnderstanding of Medicare / Private Health Billing preferredIntermediate to advanced MS OfficeClinic2Cloud and/or Genie software or equivalent practice management softwareOther skills / competenciesCost quoting, Medicare Billing / Private Health BillingBooking internal and external appointments within the clinic and Day HospitalAnswering customers' questions on various complex matters related to the IVF journey and day-to-day enquiriesProviding an understanding of all IVF services provided by City FertilityApplication processIf this opportunity sounds like the perfect fit for you, submit your application now by clicking the "Apply" button.
