The Opportunity

A Patient Services Administrator plays a key role in providing exemplary customer service to patients, clinicians, and other departments at our Sydney CBD Facility.

This role involves interacting with patients to ensure a quality experience by answering questions, providing support, and managing difficult situations during their IVF journey.

About You

We seek a patient-focused, compassionate, supportive team player. Ideally, you will have:

  • 1 – 2 years of Medical Reception or similar customer service experience
  • Experience as a clinician secretary in OBGYN (advantageous)
  • Experience in the Health Industry
  • Understanding of Medicare / Private Health Billing (preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Experience with Clinic2Cloud, Genie, or similar practice management software

Other Skills / Competencies

  • Cost quoting, Medicare Billing, Private Health Billing
  • Booking appointments within the clinic and Day Hospital
  • Handling complex questions related to the IVF journey and daily inquiries
  • Knowledge of IVF services provided by City Fertility
