About the Role :

The Patient Services Administration Officer provides high-quality administrative support within the Patient Services Department. Responsibilities include assisting with medical records and managing communications, switchboard operations, and registering inpatients, outpatients, and day patients, including elective and emergency cases. The role involves monitoring alarms, emergency procedures, and operating paging and public address systems to ensure smooth hospital operations, contributing to seamless care delivery.

About You :

  • Demonstrated experience in clerical/administrative support, including record maintenance and systems management.
  • Experience with office procedures and equipment (photocopiers, printers, fax machines, etc.).
  • Proficiency in computer-based resources such as Microsoft Office, email, Excel, and data entry.
