**Who are we?**
Castle Hill Medical Centres provide comprehensive services to the Hills area and surrounding districts. Across 2 practices there are 30 GP's, a large nursing department, a generous patient services team, X-ray facilities, pathology, and many multidisciplinary team members.
**About the role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and well presented Patient Services Administrator to join our Patient Services Team on a permanent part time basis. The hours for the position are Monday 3pm to 6pm and Friday 1pm to 8pm.
**Who are you?**
You will be efficient, hardworking, reliable and committed to providing exceptional customer service to all patients. Previous experience in a medical centre as a receptionist or as a Ward Clerk using Best Practice software is desirable.
**You will need**:
- Certificate in Administration or equivalent experience
- Accurate typing
- Capacity to utilise relevant computer software i.e Best Practice, Clock On
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Current knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise
- Ability to problem solve
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong customer service skills
- A teamwork focus and approach
- Commitment to patient confidentiality
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
