Central City Experience Manager

Job Overview:
">The role of the City Central and Activation Manager entails leading the strategic direction of the UNSW Canberra City Precinct by providing leadership for the City Central service point and coordinating with diverse teams. The position involves driving engagement programs to enhance the experience of all precinct users, supervising a team, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for the delivery of the precinct activation in close collaboration with senior management.">
- Create and execute an annual engagement plan to drive user experience.">
- Assess the impact of activation and engagement initiatives on stakeholders.">
- Oversee the provision of student and education support services on campus.">
- Nurture and manage key partnerships with high-level stakeholders.">
- Supervise the Administration support team.">
Requirements:
">A relevant tertiary degree and extensive expertise in management are required, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through a combination of education, training and/or experience in a relevant discipline. Experience in managing programs, stakeholder engagement, student services, and site activation is also necessary.
