**About the opportunity**

Kinder Caring has an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator in our Edgecliff office in Sydney.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, as a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for generalist human resources duties and the recruitment of our administrative and care support staff in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.

Salary package is negotiable and dependent upon experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing end-to-end recruitment of care support staff.
- Liaise regularly with the Operational Teams to determine recruitment needs by occupation and geographic location.
- Organising and implementing staff orientation and ongoing training.
- Maintenance of recruitment database, employee HR systems.
- Prepare and conduct performance management interviews.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide input into the regular review and evaluation of HR programs, systems and procedures.
- Undertake HR project work.
- WHS support for the business
- Other HR administration duties

**Key Requirements**
- 3+ years' relevant HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar field (preferred)
- Exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and professional approach to work
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Excellent administrative and time management skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
